Hockey Game

Last night a bunch of us went to Iron Mountain. We stopped for ice cream at Storheim's first - they have the best ice cream! Then we went to Northland's hockey game. At first the other team was beating us bad, but then we kind of caught up until the end, then they beat us pretty good. Partway through the game we went outside. The hockey rink is kind of up on a hill, but then there's another hill next to the parking lot that goes up pretty high and has a beautiful view! It's steep, but worth the climb. It was kind of hard in the snow, but then when we were coming back down, half way down there was a fun place to slide. So we went sliding for awhile ;) Rachel and I only had clogs on so our feet got pretty wet, and then Laura and Rachel stepped in the biggest puddles ever on the way back to the rink, so we decided to stay in the warmer part of the building for the rest of the game so our feet wouldn't freeze off. We couldn't see what was going on, but we could see the score board, and that we were losing. hee, hee! We all just sat around and talked and had hot chocolate till it was over. Then got back at midnight. It was such a fun time to get off campus and hang out with friends! :)
