Exciting Anouncements!!!!

I'M GOING TO BE AN AUNT!!!! You may call me, Aunt Jessie...
Jason and Julia announced to us about a month ago that they are expecting and have now given us permission to share it with everyone! I'm sure that all of you who read this already know, but I just like saying it...I'M SO EXCITED! :) The baby is due on the 30th of December. If you want a more detailed story about it all just go to jajurabe.blogspot.com
My dear friend, Charity and her husband, Seth are also due to be having a little one around October/November! So I will get to be an honorary aunt. Heehee! :)Dan and Christa got engaged a few weeks ago! I wish I had a picture of her ring - it's pretty amazing! They are planning to be married December 21st of this year! So exciting! Another VOP member getting married off...our ocean trip is looking a little dimmer. Haha! If you want to hear her whole story go to christa-schofield.blogspot.comAnd Matt and Jessica also got engaged about a week ago! hooray! They have the whole story and pictures on their facebooks, and I would put the link on, but you have to be friends with them in order to see....so if you are friends with them, you know how to get there. And last but not least, Rob and Kasee tied the knot a few months ago - but I never had a chance to blog about it. Congratulations, you guys!
Hope you all enjoyed these exciting announcements as much as I do! It makes me SO excited! :)

My Week at HOME!

On Mother's Day we were still up at Northland so we went to church at Norway with Jordan and Jenny and then us ladies went out to eat at Pizza Hut while Jordan said his goodbyes and went out golfing with some friends. Afterwards we started our 8 hour trip home.
Here's Jenny and Jordan on Sunday - I can't for the life of me get this picture any bigger, so I hope you enjoy it anyway. ;)
Mom and Julie had to work a lot that week, so most of the excitement came at the weekend.
First of all...Jessica Aucoin walked in our house on Friday night and surprised Julie like crazy! Saturday we went to Sasha Hennager's graduation - hence, the picture with the umbrellas in our ears. Sasha had a very colorful open house and little umbrellas in a bowl that you could stick in your punch glass. However, we decided to stick them in our hair. Heehee! :)

Jess has become like one of the family (and by the way...she just got ENGAGED!) Here's me and Jules <3And here's Sasha, the graduate! CONGRATULATIONS, Sasha!
Afterwards Jason, Justin, Jessica, Julie, and I went out bowling - once again, I did NOT break 100. But we girls did beat the guys ;) Of course, it was 3 to 2 and we barely beat them, but...we did nonetheless. Heehee! And then we all went home and had Jessica's garlic pizza ;)

My last Sunday home. This was right before mom and I took off for Northland. We had a fun trip together, and we picked up Emily McKeown in the cities and brought her up with us, so that just added to the fun! :) and believe it or not we all fit AND our stuff ;)Me and Jason. Julia was down in Texas because one of her friends was getting married, so Jason was sweet and traveled up to MN to be with us for the weekend! I miss him and Julia SO much! Me and Jules, once again - I LOVE YOU, Jul!

Margaritas

After graduation we all took off for Green Bay and did some serious shopping. It had been so long since we'd been shopping - that's just the way it is when you "live" at Northland. All the shopping made us hungry though, so Jenny and Jordan suggested we eat at Margaritas - it was delicious! Here's some pix we took while we were there - cause we just always take pictures! haha!
Jordan was having a great time...watching TV
But he wasn't watching TV the whole time. He smiled for pictures, and also turned around for the video clip Jenn took (check it out at thehoraks.blogspot.com)

Jules and Me happy to be together :) I MISS YOU, JULIE!
Then I leaned in on Mom and Julie's picture - oops! heehee! (I MISS YOU, too, MOM!)

Graduation Snap Shots

Outside Pictures:After we took our diploma picture, Julie decided she didn't want to wait until next year, so she tried to steal Jenn's...look at me...I'm such a mature graduate....I did NOT get involved in such foolishness! Hee,hee! :)

We are so happy how it worked out that we got to graduate together!
Our tassels, once again...(don't worry, I didn't forget to turn my tassel. I wasn't supposed to, so that is why mine is on the opposite side. It means she's smarter ;) heehee!) bummer...and I don't even have a car - so I can't be cool and hang my tassel from the rear-view mirror! Jenn and Jordan...do you mind if I hang it in your car for the summer? HAHA! :)
Sisters, sisters, there were never such devoted sisters...

It's all of us girls - what a pretty mommy we have!

And my Jenn and Jordan - I'm going to miss them so much - BUT at least I get to hang out with them ALL SUMMER! :) I love you guys!

Graduation!

Congratulations, Jenny!!Jenny graduated with a Bachelor of Science Division of Fine Arts - Sacred Music
She's so cute in her pink tassel!
I graduated with an Associate of Arts Division of Christian Ministries - Family & Woman's Ministry

I had a black tassel :( BUT! I didn't trip, and I remembered to stop and smile at the camera! :) haha!
YAY! We DID IT! Praise the Lord! :)

Graduation Weekend

Grandma, Mom, and Julie came up to Northland for graduation weekend, but arrived Friday night just in time for the Spring Concert. It was a long but beautiful concert - Jordan especially loved it! Afterwards we rushed to the Grind before it packed out and were one of the first to order our drinks. Mom was excited to know a drink to order there and thoroughly enjoyed her spiced chai. :) It was so fun to all be together again! Jordan was there with us, too, but he was being the photographer for us. After the Grind we headed over to the rec. hall to find more friends. It's always exciting to finally reach graduation weekend, but it's sad to have to say all the goodbyes. I already miss everyone so much!
